Thank you for considering Cazenovia Country Club for your 2011 Outing. To assist with planning we have included staff information, club policies, event prices, menu options and a sample contract.

Policy & Procedures for events
- PRICE PER PLAYER WEEKDAYS: $36.00 per player for golf and cart.
- PRICE PER PLAYER WEEKENDS: $39.00 per player for golf and cart.
- FEES: All participants will pay the appropriate entry fee as indicated above. Cazenovia Country Club members and reciprocals will NOT be excluded from event fees, and golf cart usage is mandatory for all golfers. Event organizers will collect all fees and all charges will be included in the final bill that will be presented to the group or organization holding the event.
- GROUP SIZE: 20 players or more will be considered a group.
- GUARANTEE: The minimum number of players must be provided 7 days prior to your event. You will be billed the minimum guaranteed attendance number, or the actual number, whichever is greater.
- DEPOSIT: To hold your event date a deposit of $200 to $500 will be required. The size of the deposit is dependent on the size of the group and will be determined by the Business Manager. Deposits paid will be deducted from the final bill. Deposits are non-refundable.
- PAYMENT: Payment is due in full the day of the event unless prior arrangements have been made with the business manager and approved by the golf committee.
- DRESS CODE: Proper golf attire will be required for all players (NO JEANS ANYWHERE on premises). No one attired in a bathing suite, T-shirt, halter top, tank top, gym shorts will be allowed on the golf course. No metal spikes allowed on the golf course. If you have any questions concerning golf attire, please contact Mark Tucker at 655.8880.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER: Inclement weather in CNY is always a possibility. The Head Pro, along with the Course Superintendents will determine when the course is unplayable or when safety is a concern. Cazenovia Country Club will issue rain checks to event participants for nine or eighteen holes depending on how many holes were completed prior to suspension of play. Rain checks will be considered for inclement weather or unplayable course conditions ONLY.
- FOOD AND BEVERAGE: DUE TO RESTRICTIONS of the New York State Liquor Laws and insurance coverage, ALL
food and beverage items consumed at the facility (including the clubhouse, golf course and grounds) must be purchased from Cazenovia Country Club.Cazenovia Country Club reserves the right to have any and all beverages brought on site removed as well as the right to refuse service to anyone.
- BEVERAGE CART: Available if requested (must be operated by a Cazenovia Country Club employee).
- GOLF CARTS: All golf cart operators must be at least 16 years of age or older with a valid drivers license. The group is responsible for any improper use or damages caused by the use of golf carts by their players and guests. All players must operate carts under the rules and guidelines specified by Cazenovia Country Club.
- Event organizers are responsible for notifying and ensuring that all outing participants adhere to the Cazenovia Country Club’s rules of play and that proper consideration is given to the staff, the golf course and all club facilities.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the clubhouse including the dining room, cocktail lounge, covered deck areas, food service areas and rest rooms.

- TEE SHEET: Please provide a complete list of names in excel format (first name first cell, last name second cell) five days prior to the event.
- SCORING: The Pro Shop will handle all your scoring and game needs.
- GAMES: Long Drive and Closest to the Pin markers furnished upon request. Any other games or contest, please contact the Proshop. Gift Certificates are also available in the Proshop.
- DRIVING RANGE: Is included in your event fee.

A variety of bagels, Danish, donuts or muffins with appropriate condiments. Coffee, tea and fruit juice. add fresh fruit $1.00 - ITALIAN BUFFET Option #2 - $15.95
Baked lasagna, homemade meatballs, sausage, roasted chicken, fresh green salad and fresh Italian bread. Coffee, fountain soda and iced tea. - DELI BUFFET Option #3 - $9.95
A cold buffet of roasted turkey; ham, salami and roast beef with Kaiser rolls and appropriate condiments. (we will be happy to remake them upon request). Choose from potato, pasta, or macaroni salad. Also, chips and a brownie or cookie for dessert. - THE PICNIC Option #4 - $10.95
Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage with pepper & onion, choice of macaroni, pasta, or potato salad,
chips, cookie or brownie. - BBQ PICNIC Option #5 - $14.95
BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, choose grilled marinated chicken or bone-in fried chicken, salt potatoes, bake beans, coleslaw, and macaroni salad. Chocolate cake for dessert. Fountain soda and iced tea included. - STEAK BAKE Option #6 - $20.95
A 12 oz NY Strip Steak served with potato, vegetable, family style pasta, fresh salad, rolls and Chef’s choice of dessert. - THE CARVING STATION – Option #7 - $22.95
