Sophie Fowler
Swim Team Head CoachFrom her first laps at CCC at age four to competing as a distance swimmer for Nazareth University, Sophie Fowler lives and breathes the sport. With years of experience as a lifeguard, a coach for Fayetteville-Manlius, and a professional Occupational Therapist, Sophie brings a unique blend of technical skill and holistic wellness to our program.
Sophie is passionate about fostering a love for the water through strong relationships and personalized motivation. We are so lucky to have her leading the team!
